Printed information coming home this week. You should receive two envelopes this week. One by mail and one should be brought home by the students. The first contains a cover letter with miscellaneous information. The second contains the itinerary and packing instructions. Please read everything carefully. You will be contacted by a chaperone in the coming days to make sure you received all your instructions. More information about Disneyland Performance Video At last night's Band Booster meeting we learned that some parents are confused about the Disneyland Performance Video we posted information about last week (See Opportunity to pre-order a professional video of Disneyland performance below). We will attempt to clarify this information now. An independent video production company films performances in Disneyland Resort. Their order form reads as follows: There is a minimum order of fifteen (15) videos, at a cost of $25.00 per VHS or $35.00 per DVD. Videos (including DVDs) will be mailed in one shipment approximately seven (7) weeks after the date of your performance. Orders are mailed to the group leader at the mailing address provided. Additional videos may be ordered up to forty-five (45) days following your performance. So, in order for any of us to have a video, at least 15 of us need to order one today. You must turn in your money to the student store by Friday, March 2 to be included in the original 15. Make sure your receipt says: "Disney Trip Video" on it and place it in the lock box in the band room. 2-21-07 |

Costume check It's time to start paying attention to details. Jazz Ensemble members: you will not be performing again until the trip. Please make sure your black clothes are in good shape. Wind Ensemble members: after the Cluster Concert on Thursday, Feb. 22, you should wash what you can (men's shirts) and make sure everything is pressed (if it can be -- women , please don't iron your tops) then hang everything up. All men should make sure you have good black socks. All women should be sure you r dress shoes are clean. If you get it done now, there's one less thing to take care day before the trip. 2-19-07 |
